  • Yes I prefer in-person sessions. But can do remote sessions if needed.

  • Sessions last for 50 minutes and are $140.00.

    90 minutes sessions, half day or full day intensives are available on a case by case scenario

  • The frequency of sessions depends on many factors, but I generally recommend starting with weekly meetings if possible. There's a lot to cover in the beginning, and this helps us build momentum. Once you feel ready, we can transition to meeting every two weeks.

    We’ll have a thorough discussion about your current stress levels and goals, and together, we’ll create a personalized plan that suits your needs.

  • Therapy is an investment in your past, present, and future self. The duration of therapy depends on the extent of the trauma you've experienced, your current stress levels, and your commitment to the healing process.

    Once I have a clearer understanding of your background and goals, I’ll be able to provide a more accurate idea of how long therapy might take. From our very first session, my goal is to work myself out of a job—I want you to achieve meaningful healing as quickly as possible, while also maintaining a pace that feels manageable for you. We’ll have ongoing discussions about your progress and experience, adjusting as needed along the way.

  • I see individuals that are 18 and older.

  • Yes, I am an LPC supervisor. If you are interested in being my candidate please reach out and start the process.

  • Yes, I like to partner with other therapist in many ways including consultation. Areas of consultation include but not limited to: EMDR, IFS, Transpersonal Psychology. Special areas of interest PANS/PANDAS and DID.
