With 18 years of experience as a therapist, I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals. Early in my career, I realized that traditional talk therapy alone wasn’t delivering the results I knew were possible. This led me to expand my approach, incorporating holistic and energetic techniques that treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to these approaches, I am trained in leading neuroscience and trauma therapies like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are designed to create deep and lasting change.
